SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on [Date], by and between:
Service Provider: Make It Viral Media & Tech
1. Services Provided
Provider agrees to deliver the following services to Client:
• A website for salon and barber services.
• Secure online booking and payment system.
• Domain and hosting for one year.
• Regular website security and maintenance.
• Basic package: $59.99 per month.
Additional services upon request and for additional charges:
• E-commerce capabilities.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Additional site customization.
2. Fees and Payments
• Initial Fee: Client agrees to pay a fee of $59.99 for the basic website package, which
includes hosting, domain, and basic features.
• Additional Services: Add-ons such as e-commerce, SEO, etc., will incur extra
charges based on the scope of services requested.
• Payment Terms: Monthly payments are due on the [Insert Date] of each month, and
all payments are to be made via [Insert Payment Method, e.g., Credit Card, PayPal].
Late payments beyond 7 days will incur a late fee of $25.
3. Term and Termination
• This agreement shall remain in effect for 12 months from the signing date.
• Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
• Early termination by the Client will result in a cancellation fee of $150.
4. Client Responsibilities
• Client will provide all content, images, and branding assets for the website.
• Client will ensure timely approval of work and timely payment of invoices.
• Client agrees not to misuse the booking system or payment gateway for any illegal
activity.
5. Security and Maintenance
Provider will ensure regular website security updates, backups, and monitoring. Any
breach of security that occurs due to the negligence of the Provider will be rectified at no
additional cost. The Provider is not responsible for breaches or issues caused by Client
negligence, such as sharing login details with unauthorized parties.
6. Intellectual Property
The provider retains all intellectual property rights to the website design, code, and
systems developed under this agreement. Upon full payment of the agreed fee, the Client
will have a license to use the website.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Provider be liable to the Client for any indirect, special, or
consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services provided.
8. Confidentiality
Both Parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information shared during
the duration of this agreement. This clause shall remain in effect even after the termination
of this contract.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [State/Country]. Any disputes arising out
of or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled through mediation before any legal
proceedings.
10. Modifications
This Agreement may be modified or amended in writing by both parties.
11. Policies and Conditions
Cancellation Policy:
• Clients may cancel the services at any time with a 30-day notice.
• Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered, and any paid upfront fees
will not be refunded.
Use of Booking System and Payment Gateway:
• The booking and payment gateway system provided must only be used for legitimate
business transactions. Any misuse of the system may result in termination of
services without refund.
Maintenance and Support:
• Basic technical support, updates, and maintenance will be provided throughout the
year.
• For additional support requests outside the basic plan, an hourly rate of $55 may
apply.
Data Protection Policy:
• The provider will ensure that all customer data is stored securely in compliance with

• Provider will not share Client or customer data with third parties without prior
consent, unless required by law.
12. Acceptance
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms
and conditions of this agreement and agree to abide by its terms.
